About ePropulsion
ePropulsion is an electric boat propulsion manufacturer based in Dongguan, China. By volume it is one of the largest electric outboard makers in the world. It supplies recreational boaters, tenders and small commercial craft.
The product range starts with the Spirit 1.0 portable outboard (1 kW, rated by the company as 3 hp equivalent), which has an integrated 1,276 Wh battery and a hydrogeneration option on the Evo version. Next are the Navy 3.0 and 6.0 Evo outboards (3–6 kW) and the X Series for RIBs and small workboats. The X Series includes the X12, X20 and X40 (12–40 kW, 96 V) with integrated electric steering, power trim/tilt and the eSSA modular control architecture. ePropulsion also offers pod drives such as the POD Drive Evo.
Its battery range includes the E-Series and the G-Series LiFePO4 packs, the G102-100 (10.2 kWh) and G102-230 (23.5 kWh) at 102.4 V, designed to work with its higher-power motors.
