Glendinning Products is a US manufacturer based in Conway, South Carolina, supplying the marine, RV and industrial markets since 1972.
In propulsion control, Glendinning offers Complete Controls electronic engine control (EEC) systems with single-lever throttle and shift, up to six stations, engine synchronisation, start interlock and dual battery inputs. The EEC 3 is the full-featured processor and the EEC 4 the basic version. Options include handheld remotes, trolling valve management, integrated backup, trim/tilt for outboards and sterndrives and ProPilot joystick integration. The systems work with electronic and mechanical engines, inboards, outboards, sterndrives, saildrives and waterjets.
The company also makes automatic engine synchronizers, of which it reports more than 25,000 units in service, Pro-X control cables and Smart Actuator linear actuators. Outside propulsion, it is known for Cablemaster shore-power cable handling and Hosemaster hose storage systems. Main customers are yacht and workboat builders.
