Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group

Hangzhou Advance Gearbox Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese transmission manufacturer founded in 1960 and headquartered in the Xiaoshan District of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It designs and builds gearboxes for ship propulsion, construction machinery, wind turbines, agricultural machinery and vehicles, as well as powder-metallurgy products, and is regarded as China's largest marine gearbox maker by volume.

Its marine range includes the HC series of reverse-reduction gearboxes, which covers about 10–3,390 kW and reduction ratios of 1.5–24:1 for transport ships, fishing boats and workboats. It also offers lightweight high-speed gearboxes with aluminium housings (about 20–3,900 kW), including angled-output A and V models. Further lines are the GW and GC series for medium-speed engines, twin-input 2GWH gearboxes, two-speed gearboxes and gearboxes for electric propulsion. The company also supplies marine propeller systems and thrusters.
