HEINZMANN GmbH & Co. KG is a German supplier of engine-management, governing and control systems, headquartered in Schönau im Schwarzwald. Its history goes back to 1897. The company describes itself as a long-established system supplier and development partner for engines, generators and turbines.

For marine applications it supplies governors for mechanical and electronic fuel injection that cover outputs up to several thousand kilowatts and all speed ranges. Its digital governors and ECUs include the XIOS UC Marine, the PRIAMOS DC 1-03/DC 1-04, the HELENOS DC 2-02 and the Viking35. Its hydraulic and electro-hydraulic governors include the DG 2800.14 and the RE 1800-3G, RE 1115-4G and RE 1500-3G. The portfolio also covers gas-engine and dual-fuel control, dual-fuel conversions, common-rail retrofit solutions and propulsion control.
