Mercury Marine

Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation based in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, is one of the world's largest makers of recreational marine propulsion. Along with Yamaha, it leads the global outboard market.

Its petrol outboard range covers FourStroke (2.5–300 hp), including the portables (2.5–25 hp), the performance-oriented Pro XS (115–300 hp), the commercial and professional SeaPro line (15–500 hp) and the premium Verado family. Verado includes a 4.6-litre V8 (250–300 hp), a 5.7-litre V10 (350–425 hp) and a 7.6-litre V12 rated at 600 hp. The MerCruiser brand covers petrol sterndrive and inboard packages of about 200–430 hp, including Bravo drives, and Mercury Diesel supplies inboard and sterndrive diesels from 2.0 to 6.7 litres. Mercury Racing builds high-performance outboards and sterndrives.

In electric propulsion, the Avator family has grown from the portable 7.5e to the 20e, 35e, 75e and 110e. The larger models use modular batteries of up to 5.4 kWh per pack, managed through a Power Center.
