MSHS Pacific Power Group

Pacific Power Group, now operating as MSHS Pacific Power Group, is a US distributor and service company for power generation, marine and defence systems, headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. It has more than 60 years of history and over 450 employees across 10 US locations, with full-service workshops in Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana and Washington.

In marine it is the authorised distributor for mtu, Volvo Penta, Yanmar and FPT engines in the western United States and the Gulf Coast, and its primary brands also include Bergen, Danfoss Editron, Detroit Diesel and Woodward. It holds service authorisations for further brands such as ABB, Caterpillar, Cummins, Deutz, Fairbanks Morse, GE, Hyundai HiMSEN, Mitsubishi and Wärtsilä.

The company sells and services propulsion and generator systems for commercial fishing boats, yachts, coastal transport ships, ferries, military vessels and offshore energy. Its services include engine and transmission rebuilds, waterjet and gearbox maintenance, Volvo Penta IPS support, emissions aftertreatment (SCR and DPF) installation, and electric propulsion motor and hybrid packages for vessel repowers and newbuilds. The company says it does not build engines but keeps them running.
