About VEEM
VEEM Ltd is an ASX-listed Australian manufacturer of marine propulsion and stabilisation systems, based in Canning Vale, Perth, Western Australia. It was founded in 1968. Alongside its marine products it provides precision casting, CNC machining and engineering for defence and aerospace customers.
VEEM's propeller business supplies boat builders worldwide with ranges including VEEM Star, VEEM Extreme CNC, VEEM NiBrAl CNC and designs for superyachts, sportfishing boats, ferries and military vessels. Interceptor technology lets operators change a propeller's effective pitch in situ. The company has increased its CNC machining capacity to produce propellers up to 4.5 m in diameter. Other brands include SHARROW by VEEM, a loop-shaped propeller, and Conquest Propellers, which are fully CNC-machined NiBrAl propellers.
VEEM also makes gyrostabilisers for large yachts and commercial and defence vessels up to about 3,000 tonnes. It claims up to 95% roll reduction in rough conditions. Models range from the VG52 and VG70 up to the VG520/VG750 and VG1000SD.
