The KUN-24AP is a container ship concept from CSSC's Jiangnan Shipyard, sized at 24,000 TEU. It would be propelled by a thorium-based Generation IV molten salt reactor. CSSC presented it as a zero-emission design with inherent safety advantages from the molten salt reactor. Reactor power and propulsion arrangement were not disclosed. As of the latest reports the design is at concept stage, with no firm order.
