Jastram Engineering steering systems

Jastram Engineering Ltd, based in North Vancouver, designs custom marine steering systems for newbuild and retrofit vessels of 15 to 220 m. Components include steering gear cylinders in brass or steel, hydraulic power packs and engine-driven systems, helm pumps, jog levers and lever controllers, and motor starters and alarm panels. It serves ferries, workboats, naval and coast guard vessels, fishing vessels, yachts, freighters, icebreakers and cruise ships. This is a separate company from Jastram GmbH of Hamburg.
