HTX series
High-thrust waterjets optimised for both high and low speed; the largest, HTX65, is rated at 3,100 kW.
The HTX series is HamiltonJet's latest high-thrust range, from the HTX30 to the new HTX58 and HTX65. The company claims 5-7% more thrust at high speed, speeds above 55 knots, up to 40% greater bollard pull than competing jets at low speed, and much higher corrosion resistance in brackish water. The HTX65 handles 3,100 kW with a quoted 3.5% gain in high-speed efficiency.
