Navius MRS (Marine Rack System)
Liquid-cooled marine battery racks up to 1,200 V DC with NMC/NMCA cells; type approved; used in ferries and a 4 MWh cruise installation.
The Navius MRS-3 is Leclanché's latest marine battery rack system and builds on the MRS-2. It operates at up to 1,200 V DC, allows peak discharge of 5C (720 A continuous per string) and peak charge of 3C (480 A per string), and uses 65 Ah G/NMC or 72 Ah G/NMCA cells. The system is liquid-cooled, available in seven rack heights from 926 to 2,431 mm, and managed by a functionally safe BMS. Applications include fast charging, peak shaving, spinning reserve and zero-emission operation.
