X-Series (X, X-HT)
Aluminium-bodied mixed-flow waterjets of 611–2,070 kW for high-speed craft of 12–40 m.
The X-Series, launched in 2018, spans the 280X (611 kW) to the 500X (2,070 kW), or 819–2,776 bhp, for vessels of 12–40 m. It combines an aluminium body and intake with a duplex stainless mixed-flow pump, an enhanced reversing bucket, a hydrodynamic steering fin, interceptor integration and an integrated hydraulic system. MJP quotes speeds above 50 knots. Uses include military and patrol craft, yachts and unmanned vessels, and an X-HT variant is offered.
