WEKA Guard & WEKA Protector Type T
Protection devices for WEKA Boxcoolers: Guard during construction, Protector Type T in service (Dual/Multi for shared sea chests).
WEKA Boxcoolers use their own protection devices against stray-current and galvanic corrosion. WEKA Guard protects the cooler during vessel construction and welding. WEKA Protector Type T is fitted for service, keeps the copper-nickel's natural anti-fouling properties and is replaced every five years. Dual Protector covers two coolers sharing a sea chest and Multi Protector covers three to six.
