Hydraulic-mechanical and electro-hydraulic governors and actuators controlling speed and load of marine diesel and dual-fuel engines.
Woodward's governors give reliable and precise control of engine speed and output. The UG-25+ universal governor is used in marine applications. The PG pressure-compensated governors control the largest engines and turbines. The EGB electronically controlled actuator with mechanical governor backup (1–300 ft-lb) is used on diesel and dual-fuel marine engines. The simple SG and the 3161 complete the range.
