ZF's Witten plant supplies large-gear solutions for ships and offshore units. For propulsion it builds reverse-reduction gearboxes from the former Navilus range together with couplings and clutches. For offshore equipment it offers GPV gearboxes for jack-up systems that raise drilling platforms and supply vessels above the waves, GFB swing drives that position on-board cranes precisely, and GPT-W winch drives for lifting heavy components.
