Integrated propulsion, engine and electrical control with graphical bridge HMI; controls CPP, FPP, azimuth and tunnel thrusters and hybrid plants.
The MPC800 is Berg's marine control system, combining propulsion, main engine and electrical system control in one platform with a graphical bridge HMI. It uses a redundant dual-processor architecture and a modular design that fits single-screw, twin-screw and hybrid installations with CPP, fixed-pitch propellers, azimuth and tunnel thrusters. It is prepared for joystick, autopilot, DP, VDR and conning integration, and includes condition monitoring, closed-loop optimisation and a Dynamic Drive function intended to run the propeller at optimum efficiency.
