WinGD X / X-DF
Licence-built WinGD X diesel and X-DF LNG dual-fuel low-speed engines, including the first X62DF-2.1 with iCER.
As a WinGD licensee, CMD builds X-series diesel engines and X-DF low-pressure LNG dual-fuel engines. In June 2022 it delivered a 7X62DF-2.1 fitted with iCER (intelligent control by exhaust recycling), rated at 15,400 kW, for an LNG-fuelled vessel. It was reported as the first engine of its kind worldwide.
