VACON NXP / iC7-Marine drives
Liquid-cooled marine variable-speed drives for propulsion, thrusters, winches and deck machinery; iC7-Marine has Class NK type approval.
Danfoss Drives supplies low-voltage variable-speed drives for marine electric propulsion and auxiliaries. The VACON NXP family includes liquid-cooled drive modules and grid converters. The newer iC7-Marine is a liquid-cooled system module for 380–500 V and 525–690 V AC supplies, with 170–6,400 A output current. It carries Class NK marine type approval, and Danfoss says it needs about 40% less space.
