GE Vernova's naval electric ship systems include propulsion motors and generators, switchboards, power converters and power and automation management, shock-rated from 3 MW to 110 MW. Configurations cover integrated full-electric propulsion (IFEP), gear-mounted or direct-drive hybrid-electric systems combined with gas turbines or diesels, and low-noise submarine drives. References include the Royal Navy's Type 45 destroyers and Queen Elizabeth-class carriers, and a 3.4 MW advanced induction motor for the Type 26 frigate.
