SiShip BlueDrive PlusC is Siemens Energy's integrated diesel-electric propulsion solution, combining variable-speed generator sets, propulsion drives and battery integration in one package. Running engines at variable speed and using batteries for peak shaving and spinning reserve reduces fuel use and emissions. It is used on ferries, offshore vessels and research ships.
