COMPAC is Thordon's high-performance water-lubricated propeller shaft bearing system for blue-water ships. Its low-friction polymer reduces start-up friction and stick-slip, and it runs in open seawater without oil or grease. It is supplied with Water Quality Packages, ThorShield coating and BCMv2 bearing clearance monitoring. Thordon offers a Lifetime Bearing Wearlife Guarantee. The T-BOSS concept extends COMPAC to a sterntubeless stern design.
