SXL / XL

XL is Thordon's traditional propeller shaft bearing grade, balancing wear life, friction, abrasion resistance and cost. SXL has lower friction for reduced break-away torque at low shaft speed, better resistance to abrasive wear and longer wear life than XL. SXL is also offered for rudder bearings. RiverTough is formulated for very abrasive waters and, with hard-coated sleeves, lasts at least twice as long as rubber bearings.
