Engine Starting Solutions, LLC was formed in August 2022 by Dave Rawlins and is based in Tipp City, Ohio. The company represents starter and equipment manufacturers and acts as a single source for start system products and application advice in the North American market.
Dave Rawlins spent 34 years with Tech Development Inc. (TDI), an affiliate of GE Aerospace. He joined in 1988 as a product test engineer, became Director of Sales and Marketing in 1996 and was commercial and senior product manager for engine air starters before retiring in 2021.
The company serves marine, mining, oil & gas and power generation operators, OEMs and end users with turbine air, spring, hydraulic and electric starting systems.
