This group of Akasaka four-stroke engines serves fishing and government fleets. The Type K covers 956–1,471 kW at 370–420 rpm and the Type E covers 1,323–1,618 kW at 450–470 rpm, both used on fishing boats and training vessels. The Type AH delivers 2,942 kW at 350 rpm for ocean-going round-haul netters. The Type U covers 1,838–2,427 kW at 720 rpm for ferries and government vessels.
