Alfa Laval's ammonia offering comprises a fuel supply system for ammonia-fuelled engines and an Ammonia Release Mitigation System (ARMS) that handles ammonia released during purging and venting. In November 2025 Alfa Laval signed a strategic MoU with Hanwha Ocean Ecotech to work together on ammonia fuel systems.
