The MT7 is a high power-density marine gas turbine of up to 4.6 MW. It shares its core architecture with the AE 1107C-Liberty turboshaft that powers the V-22 Osprey. It powers the US Navy's Ship-to-Shore Connector air-cushion landing craft and suits other applications where very high power-to-weight is needed.
