Azimuth thrusters (Z/L-drive)
360° azimuth thrusters in Z- and L-drive layouts with diesel, electric or hydraulic drive for main and auxiliary propulsion.
Thrustmaster azimuth thrusters rotate through 360° and are used as main propulsion on barges, workboats and offshore vessels and as auxiliary or DP thrusters. They come in Z-drive (horizontal input) and L-drive (vertical input) configurations and can be driven by diesel engines, electric motors or hydraulic motors.
