The Veth Jet is a 360° pump-jet bow thruster available in 2-, 3- and 4-channel versions, designed for maximum thrust at minimum draft. Eleven models from K-800 to K-1800 cover 191–1,257 kW with up to 11 kg of thrust per kW. The 3- and 4-channel versions can also provide emergency propulsion or help slow the vessel. More than 1,400 units have been built since 1970.
