Veth Z-drive
Z-drive azimuth thrusters up to 2,350 kW and 2,600 mm propellers for inland, ferry, offshore and dredging vessels.
Veth Z-drives are mechanically driven azimuth thrusters with integrated hydraulic and lubrication oil pumps. The range goes up to the VZ-1800 at 2,350 kW with a 2,600 mm propeller. Contra-rotating (CR) and alternate (A) versions are available in several sizes. They are used as main propulsion on inland vessels, ferries, offshore vessels and dredgers.
