Standard and custom FPPs in nickel-aluminium bronze, manganese bronze or stainless steel, designed with CAD/CFD and made to ISO 484/2.
ZF designs and manufactures fixed-pitch propellers for fishing boats, cruisers and superyachts, ferries, high-speed craft and other commercial and leisure vessels. Propellers are offered in nickel-aluminium bronze, manganese bronze or stainless steel, with diameter, blade count and blade area ratio tailored to the vessel using CAD/CAM design, hydrodynamic analysis and CFD. Production includes precision casting, machining and dynamic balancing to ISO 484/2 tolerances and class society requirements.
