Halyard has supplied marine exhausts and engineered solutions since 1979 and has designed exhaust systems since the 1980s. The head office is at Ferndown Industrial Estate in Wimborne, Dorset, United Kingdom, and the company has UK manufacturing facilities.
The company works with boat builders and yards in the leisure and commercial markets. In 2021 it was appointed AdvanTec Marine distributor for Freeman hatches and Steelhead cranes and official partner to Rubber Design; in 2022 it achieved ISO 14001 certification; in 2024 it became UK distributor for Ucalsa doors and hatches and expanded its Wimborne head office.
By 2023 the Halyard network had grown to 28 dealers and distributors and 2 agents across Europe and the rest of the world.
