Trelleborg

Trelleborg AB is a Swedish group specialised in applied polymer engineering and materials technology. Production started in 1896 and the head office is in Trelleborg, Sweden. According to the company it operates in 40 countries with 17,237 employees and sales of SEK 34,329 million.

Operations are organised into three business areas supported by group functions. The marine products presented here come from Trelleborg Sealing Solutions, which makes Orkot Marine Bearings, and Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions, which builds on rubber-to-metal bonding expertise to control noise and vibration at sea.

The group states that it has been active in the marine and shipping industries for over 25 years, with experience from shipbuilding and offshore applications on board vessels. Its stated commitment is to protect people, industrial equipment, infrastructure and the environment.
