The Brunvoll RDT combines the thruster, propeller and permanent-magnet motor in one compact electric unit, with the motor in the rim around the propeller. Six sizes are offered, from the RDT 800 (800 mm, 200 kW) to the RDT 2100 (2,100 mm, 1,600 kW). Brunvoll highlights its high efficiency and low noise and vibration. On Brunvoll's site the RDT is listed under tunnel thrusters.
