Steerable azimuth propulsion thrusters with pulling open or pushing ducted propellers for main propulsion and DP.

Brunvoll's propulsion azimuth thrusters come in two configurations: a pulling type with an open propeller and a pushing type with a ducted propeller. They are used for main propulsion and for dynamic positioning on offshore vessels, offshore wind service vessels, ferries and special-purpose ships. They are often supplied as part of a complete Brunvoll propulsion package with BruCon thruster control.
