Mitsubishi UE low-speed engines from 33 to 80 cm bore; LSH optimised for low fuel consumption with EGR, LSJ adds stratified water injection.
J-ENG's UE engines are compact electronically controlled low-speed two-strokes designed to maximise cargo space and minimise fuel consumption. The range spans UEC33 to UEC80 bores in three series: the LSE, the LSH for low fuel consumption on conventional fuels with EGR, and the LSJ with stratified water injection for enhanced efficiency on MGO or A heavy oil. They power bulk carriers, tankers and other mainly Japanese-built tonnage.
