The mtu Hybrid PropulsionPack is a modular, scalable hybrid propulsion package built around mtu engines, for yachts, ferries and workboats. Rolls-Royce is also developing methanol-capable mtu engines as part of its route to climate-neutral marine propulsion. The packages are supplied with mtu NautIQ automation for control of the combined plant.
