Fundilusa

Fundilusa was established in 1989 in Campos, Vila Nova de Cerveira, in the Viana do Castelo district of Portugal, where it cast its first marine propellers. The group adopted the ISO 9001 quality system in 1999, and turnover increased eight-fold in the first decade of the 21st century as exports expanded.

Today the group runs two foundries, the Portuguese works and Fundimaroc in Tanger, Morocco. It averages more than 1,500 fixed pitch propellers, more than 1,000 CPP blades and more than 200 hubs, caps and other components a year, around 2,000 tons of finished castings.

The company works with customers through long-term agreements, and its propellers sail on merchant ships, cruise ships, naval vessels and icebreakers.
