Parker Hannifin is a Fortune 250 manufacturer of motion and control technologies for industrial and aerospace markets. Arthur L. Parker founded the Parker Appliance Company on March 13, 1917, in Cleveland, Ohio, together with his business partner Carl Klamm; early products were pneumatic brake systems and leak-free fittings.
Today the corporate head office is at Parkland Boulevard in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, USA. The group is organised in divisions and sells under many product brands, among them Racor, Kittiwake, Village Marine and Sea Recovery.
The Engine Mobile Original Equipment Division, home of Racor, covers fuel, oil, air and crankcase ventilation filtration. The Hydraulic & Industrial Process Filtration Division EMEA provides filtration and condition monitoring for markets that include marine and power generation.
