Double-stacked CuNi keel cooler with TurboTunnel header and turbulizer spacers; the company says it doubles heat transfer in half the hull space.

SuprStak stacks two DuraCooler tube banks with an angled TurboTunnel header, which speeds up water between the upper and lower units. Round turbulizer spacers set up Von Kármán vortices, and flow-diverter scoops force convection in stagnant zones between tubes. Duramax says it more than doubles heat transfer in half the hull space, citing CFD and full-scale water-tunnel tests. It is built from heavy-gauge 90/10 CuNi with silver-soldered joints and supplied either as one brazed assembly or as a modular, separable stack.
