X-series (X-Engines)
Electronically controlled low-speed diesel engines with 52–92 cm bores for merchant ships.
WinGD's X-Engines are electronically controlled, common-rail low-speed two-stroke diesels. The current range covers bores of 52 to 92 cm (X52, X62, X72, X82, X92, with -1.x, -2.0 and -S2.0 ratings), and the earlier X35-B and X40-B are listed as legacy. They run on HFO, VLSFO, MGO and biofuels and power bulk carriers, tankers and container ships.
