Keep your filters clean and efficient!
Dirty filter elements loose their ability to function. An accumulation of dirt can be detected by the fact that the flushing intervals become shorter and shorter. Therefore, it is imperative that proper cleaning be conducted on a regular basis.
Cleaning methods for your filter
In the case of light and matchy dirt we advise to use a high-pressure cleaning unit Type 5.04. This should be done carefully to avoid damaging the filter media.
In case of encrusted dirt we recommend our ultrasonic cleaning unit Type 5.05. Submerge the filter in an ultrasonic cleaning bath with a suitable cleaning solution like the BOLL CLEAN 2000 and use ultrasonic waves to agitate and dislodge contaminants.
