Commissioning your BOLLFILTER

On delivery, we issue full order specific documentation, which will support you during installation and commissioning, as well as in the operation of your filter system.

We provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of your project.

The BOLLFILTER operating manuals that you use for commissioning are order-related and thus specifically compiled for your filter.

Our operating manuals are prepared in accordance with the directives 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and are available in all EU languages as well as Norwegian, Chinese and Russian. Commissioning is simplified by a clearly structured and easy-to-understand procedure.

The following points will help you to commission the filter and are described in detail in the operating instructions:

• Basic safety instructions, intended use, warning and safety instructions.
• Training and familiarization of the operating personnel.
• Instructions for installation, assembly and connection of the filter, commissioning and operation, maintenance and care.
• Troubleshooting and fault rectification.
• Specification and filter specific drawings including spare parts list.

It should still be noted that only original spare parts guarantee proper operation of the filter!

Tightening torques, electronic control and control cabinet diagrams are important information when commissioning the filter. You will find them in our service documents.

Our experts are available to assist you in all phases during and after the commissioning of your filter system.

This includes:

• A functional test
• An optimization of the plant parameters
• Performance tests
• A trial run
• An acceptance test

On request, we also offer joint commissioning of the filter at your site. Our BOLL service technicians ensure the smooth start-up of the filter system and optimum system performance through correctly adjusted processes.

Warranty after commissioning

BOLL & KIRCH always gives a one-year warranty on the filter from the date of commissioning, regardless of any other agreements.
