Dipl.-Ing. Herwarth Reich

REICH was founded in 1946 and is a family-run company, now managed in the third generation by Christian Reich, grandson of the founder. It grew from a spare parts manufacturer for the mining industry into a specialist in power transmission engineering.

The couplings are developed and manufactured with a high level of vertical integration at the main plant in Bochum, Germany. Research and development works with calculation and simulation software and dynamic coupling test benches, and the company has decades of experience in developing rubber components for flexible couplings.

The registered company is Dipl.-Ing. Herwarth Reich GmbH. It operates its own worldwide sales network and serves power generation, mobile applications, test benches, pumps and compressors, marine applications and general industry.
