About
REC is a maker of battery management systems from Slovenia. The website listed for it is run by REC North America (copyright line REC BMS USA), the North American sales and support channel, which gives a mailing address in Dover, Delaware, and holds stock in the USA and Canada.
Systems installed by a dealer are supported by that dealer. For the do-it-yourself market in North America, front-line technical support runs through a user forum hosted by the online store Off Grid and Marine Energy Systems and through video tutorials; direct factory support from the head office in Europe is available by email as a further step.
The site also lists where to buy, how to become a dealer, downloads, tutorials and news.
