Azimuth thrusters up to 6,500 kW in L/Z-drive, retractable, swing-up and underwater-mountable versions, supplied since 1983.
Kawasaki has supplied Rexpeller azimuth thrusters since 1983 for tugs, cable layers, workboats, drillships and supply vessels. Units are rated up to 6,500 kW, with CPP or FPP, in L-drive or Z-drive form, and can be driven by a diesel engine or an electric motor. Variants include standard, swing-up, retractable, container-type and underwater-mountable units, as well as the Mechapod.
