Wärtsilä Transverse Thrusters (WTT series)
Tunnel bow/stern thrusters of 400–5,500 kW in 12 models, FPP up to WTT-40 and CPP on larger units.
Wärtsilä transverse (tunnel) thrusters provide side thrust for mooring and station keeping. Twelve models, from the CT/FT125 to the CT3500, cover 400–5,500 kW. Fixed-pitch propellers are available up to the WTT-40, and controllable pitch is standard on the WTT-45 and CT3500. Applications include merchant, cruise, offshore support and construction vessels, including DP operation.
