Tilting Pad Journal Bearings

Our Tilting Pad Journal Bearings are engineered for high-speed, high-load turbomachinery applications, offering superior rotor dynamic performance without self-excited vibrations. Available with various pivot types and options for one-piece or split housings, they are customizable to meet industry-specific requirements.

Tilting Pad Thrust Bearings

Our Tilting Pad Thrust Bearings are designed for demanding turbomachinery, supporting high sliding speeds and continuous operation under heavy loads with proper oil supply. With individually tilting pads in a carrier ring, they form a hydrodynamic film that balances load and compensates for misalignment.

We provide high-performance seal solutions to enhance rotating equipment efficiency. Specializing in 100BOND® repair and manufacturing labyrinth seals and bearings, we offer standard and custom designs. This verifies the calculation of the partial carbon footprint associated with the babbitting application process using our patented 100Bond® system.
