Normand Flower Retrofit
During a dry-dock period in Landskrona, Sweden, we replaced the old ABB AC410 System onboard.
Vessel Information Build: 2002 Owner: Solstad Offshore ASA Segment: Offshore - PSV - UT-737
Class: DNV +1A1, SF, E0, DK+, III(2,8), Oil Rec., DYNPOS Autro, HELDK-SH.
During a dry-dock period in Landskrona, Sweden, old ABB AC410 system onboard was replaced with new Høglund Solutions:
- Power Management System
- ABB Thruster drive interface& Control
- GMR Playback
- Høglund Remote Control, for remote service and support
Old I/O Cabinet with controllers and I/O modules
Old alarm, computers and control panels in ECR desk
I/O Cabinet after upgrade
New operation stations after upgrade
This was a “turn-key” contract. Høglund project and commissioning engineers arranged :
- Approbation with Factory Acceptance Test together with DNV-GL
- Cable Pulling
- Installation, Re-connection and I/O check
- Harbour Acceptance Test with DNV-GL
- Sea Acceptance Test with DNV-GL
After the sea-trial Høglund handed over the new system with all approved certificates needed.
